SOCIAL

We have been firmly rooted in Wunstorf in the Hanover region for more than 35 years. As a personnel-intensive company, we are committed to our high social responsibility in creating and maintaining jobs as well as training places in the region. We take our social responsibility towards our employees and their families seriously and strive to support them to the greatest extent possible.

In order to preserve the community and culture in our region, we support selected associations (Lebenshilfe, Klosterstollen) and daycare centers with donations in kind or lend our command vehicles to helpers (ASB).

Our products have also proven themselves in emergency situations: During the flood disaster in the Ahr Valley in 2021, our TMOa case system was used. It served as a bridging system for 48 hours until the mobile base stations of the federal and state governments were ready for use.

ECOLOGICAL

We are aware of our responsibility towards society and the environment. Together, we strive to ensure that our economic activities are in line with sustainability and social issues.

To this end, we use raw materials and energy carefully. When developing our products, we place great importance on durability and ensure that we use resource-saving and recyclable designs as well as comply with relevant environmental standards (e. g., RoHS, REACH Regulation).

Since 2021, we have been covering half of our energy consumption with our own photovoltaic system. This also supplies our company's own charging stations, where our electric and hybrid company vehicles can “fill up” on sunshine. Of course, we pay attention to clear waste separation and reducing energy consumption in our daily work.

In addition, our flowering meadow not only contributes to the enjoyment of our team, but has also been providing a home for a wide variety of insects, animals, and plants since 2021. And in summer 2025, a bee colony found a new home here, naturally complementing the species-rich ecosystem.
