Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (hereinafter referred to as “Hetzner”). Hetzner acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a corresponding contract for request processing. When visiting our website, Hetzner processes various technical connection data in so-called server log files, including in particular your IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed, browser information, and the operating system used.

This data is processed for the purpose of providing our website in a secure, stable, and reliable manner, as well as for monitoring the technical function and increasing the operational security of our web server. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in a technically error-free and optimized presentation of our online offer. Note: We have concluded a contract with Hetzner for order processing that meets all the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR. Data processing is strictly carried out in data centers within the European Union. In exceptional cases where data is transferred to third countries, Hetzner ensures compliance with European data protection standards.

6. Nature and purpose of processing

Legal basis for data processing:

We have concluded a request processing agreement (AVV) with the above-mentioned provider. The processing serves exclusively to evaluate your professional suitability and to contact you. The provision of further data is optional.

Your application data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and § 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship). If you voluntarily provide us with further information or consent to the longer storage of your data, processing will be based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Consent that has been given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. In the event of a successful application, your data will be further processed in our systems and transferred to the personnel file for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 BDSG and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Recipient:

Your application documents will only be forwarded to the relevant departments and individuals within ats Elektronik GmbH who are involved in the selection and recruitment process. They will not be passed on to third parties.

Transfer to third countries:

Duration of storage:

If no employment relationship is established, your application data will generally be stored for up to six months after completion of the application process and then deleted, unless longer statutory retention periods apply or you have expressly consented to longer storage.
