Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (hereinafter referred to as “Hetzner”). Hetzner acts as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a corresponding contract for request processing. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR in a technically error-free and optimized presentation of our online offer. If corresponding consent has been requested — in particular for the storage of cookies or access to information on your end device (e. g. device fingerprinting) — processing is also carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Hetzner stores and processes personal data exclusively within the scope of legal requirements and implements comprehensive technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Further information on data processing by Hetzner can be found in the provider's privacy policy.

If it is foreseeable that the data will still be required after the expiry of the period for the defense of legal claims, deletion will only take place when the purpose for further storage no longer applies.
